Finally

Finally! I think the computer here at work is messed up. I haven't been able to upload any pictures this week until now. YAY! Last Saturday I had a Pampered Chef party it was wonderful. I got to spend some great precious hours with my memaw. This was the first time she has ever been to our home. She seemed to approve of everything. My mom and sister came too of course. I love my family.

Later Saturday night Stephen and I got invited to go and see some of the band members from Heart Land play. It was a blast.

Skyler and Hayley
David and Rachel these two couples are awesome.
On Sunday Stephen and I had our first picnic of the year. Oh it was very nice, even though it was a spur of the moment thing and didn't get to cook anything. It was great to just get outside and goof off like kids. I love our picnics together.

Subway was very yummy.

Scared half to death and peace is made of steel.

Stephen and I are so sleepy today. Last night about 10:30pm Stephen and I just turned the lights off to get some sleep. Well.... When I rolled over to say good night to Stephen I looked up and the way we had the blinds you could see the moon light shining in. Our bedroom window is also right next to the deck, and I am as serious as peanut butter is there was a man standing on deck looking into our kitchen. I very quietly whispered Stephen honey there is someone out there. Well the superman that my husband is, got up grabbed his pistol told me to stay inside, and took off outside to take a look around and left me all by myself. That was not the best move in the world. (I was trying to keep it together) While Stephen was walking around he ran into our next door neighbor, James with his pistol was looking around too. ( We carry guns in the south its what we do) He said that this was not the first time that some peeping pervert tom has looked into houses at night. Just great that make you feel real good and safe. James also said that they called the cops before but they never did anything about it. How sad. After everything was over and I quit crying hysterically and called back my parents and told them everything was fine for the moment. Stephen told me to go lay back down and try to get some sleep. I didn't want to I was far to scared, and all to furious. I was also thinking way to much, like how many time has this person done this and we have not noticed. What has he seen. Or what if he comes back and his intentions are not to just look in, but to come in. AHHHHH!!!! If it wasn't for my trust in Jesus and me asking for comfort and safety for the Wheeler household I would have not been able to calm down and get what little sleep I did get. I feel even more bad for my husband he stayed up all night with only two hours of sleep to make sure the idiot didn't come back. Please pray that this person who ever he will stop and never come back.

Shopping with mom, and the funky food we ate later.

Stephen and I had a full fun weekend. Saturday I had the pleasure of going shopping just my mom and me. We found some really great things. After we shopped, Mom and I ate at this new pizza place called Brixx wood fired pizza. It was very yummy. Then we got to share some marble slab together. It was so nice and much needed. The whole family finally got back together and attended the Wild Game Dinner at the church. We had some really weird food. I tried black bear which was not that bad, but the moose I had on the other hand was not that great. Imagine that. Stephen said he liked it alright. (He's silly) They had a auction after we ate and we had fun on bidding on a few things. It was a lot of fun to spend time with my family. Thanks mom for taking me out.

Please Pray.

I was reading Kelly's blog (the one with sweet baby Harper). She was asking prayer for a lady who lives in Texas. She has a little boy, Grant, and is pregnant with a daugther, Aubrey. Last month her husband went to the hospital with a few problems, and 10 days later he passed away from Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. http://www.mckayfamilylife.blogspot.com/ Please pray for this family.

SNOW DAY!

Alabama never gets snow. So when the weather man said there was a good chance of getting some snow we brushed it off and laughed. Well ... This is what it looked like Sunday morning when we woke up. It was beautiful, we could hardly wait to go play in it. We decided that it would be fun to go play in the snow on our land. Good thing its only a mile from the house the roads were horrible. We were silly and drove on them anyways.
We built the best snow man ever he was about 5'11.

I do have to say that it was so nice to get to spend our first snow day together. After we played like little kids in the snow we headed inside for some hot chocolate and cuddling on the couch to get warm. That is where we were for the majority of the day. Very enjoyable.

I almost forgot HAPPY BIRTHDAY 1ST ADDIE!

The result of feeding a dog.

I have to tell you about this dog. No she is not ours, she is the next door neighbors. They do not take care of this poor puppy. She is all matted up and dirty. They keep her in a small 5x5 cage thing outside, it is big enough for a small dog house and the dog. I am not even so sure they feed her. I know they don't give her clean water. I feel so bad for Olivia. (yes I have named her) Well, Wednesday I had the day off, I really didn't have that much stuff to do so I decided that I needed to clean out the fridge. While I was cleaning, I looked out the back door and Olivia was running FREE! She seemed so happy. Well.... I heated up some left over pork tenderloin and quickly threw it out the back door, she inhaled the three pieces I threw out. I also gave her some clean water. I really should have not done any of this as the pictures shows she would not leave. While I swept and mopped the kitchen floor she sat there at the window just looking at me, like are you going to give me more food. It was sort of sweet.

OH! yeah she got tired of sitting and watching me, so she curled up in the corner of our deck and took a nap.
